- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I had my wedding ring sized to size 4 down from 6. My hands swell in the summer heat and also with any physical activity, which I do plenty of. So when I came to pick it up 2 days later, the ring was WAY too tight. I could barely get it on. They called me up and offered to fix it by sizing it up to a size 4.5 for me, and got it done for me immediately so I could have it on time to leave for my honeymoon. I was very grateful to them for that excellent customer service in a day and age where some businesses just don't care, they reached out to me to offer to correct the size free of charge and expedited.
